IBPS RRB Recruitment 2025 The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the CRP RRBs-XIV notification for recruitment in Regional Rural Banks across India. This year, there are around 13,217 vacancies for Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and Officer Scale I, II, III posts. The online application process will remain open from 1st September 2025 to 21st September 2025.

4. Eligibility Criteria IBPS RRB Recruitment 2025

Educational Qualification

• Office Assistant & Officer Scale-I – Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline + proficiency in local language (essential).
• Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer) – Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks + minimum 2 years’ banking experience.
• Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers) – CA, IT, Agriculture, Law, Marketing, Treasury, MBA (Finance/Marketing) etc. with relevant experience.
• Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager) – Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks + minimum 5 years’ experience.

Age Limit (as on 1st Sept 2025)

• Office Assistant: 18–28 years
• Officer Scale-I: 18–30 years
• Officer Scale-II: 21–32 years
• Officer Scale-III: 21–40 years
